Job description
Responsibilities·

Responsible to support company day-to-day administration and office support and fulfil daily operation works.
Work as a team and ability to build good rapport and collaborative working relationship with management and employees.·
Organize filling system & manage documentation in proper record.
Prepare and follow-up on all documentation in relation to tenancy matters, including tenancy agreements, license agreements and other agreements as required.
Timely and accurate data-entry and maintenance of lease information
Assist with requests for clauses / provisions for lease documents and ensure approval is obtained for amended clauses and Agreements are timely secured.
Attend to queries from tenants on tenancy admin matters. Liaise with solicitors on Agreement matters
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, billing & etc)
Create and update records and databases with personnel, and other data
Assist in ad-hoc assignments as and when required
Requirements·

Those without qualification but with extensive experience will also be considered.·
Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply for this position.
Possess own transport and willing to work in Sungai Kayu Ara, Petaling Jaya
Job Type: Permanent

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
