Job Description :

  • Provide administrative and office support to ensure efficient operation at the office.
  • Manage phone calls inbound/outbound and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) in professional way
  • Effective follow through and maintain proper filing to ensure all documents are up to date.
  • To perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors/ management from time to time


Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in any field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidate with experience welcome to apply for this position.
  • Candidate must be able to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa and Mandarin
