Requirement:

• Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Computer Science/Electronic or equivalent
• Well-versed in TCP/IP and network troubleshooting
• Preferable those with MCITP/CCNA certification
• Basic knowledge in MS SQL database administration and support
• Has strong knowledge in setting up IP Based CCTV and wireless P2P infrastructure.
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows Active Directory 2003/2008/2012 Server environment.
• Worked based in KK but must be willing to work at other areas as requested by the management.

Job Description:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications, printers, scanners, UPS, thumbprint machines, and other IT peripherals.
• Installing, monitoring, and maintaining computer systems and networks for IP Based CCTV including cabling work and mounting of CCTV equipment.
• Providing technical support to end-user either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve IT issues
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications, testing and evaluating new technology.
• Maintaining and updating records of user software licences, PC Operating systems, and movement of IT assets.
