Job description
- Assist in recruit, interview, test, and select employees to fill vacant positions as well as updating the job description of the employee and organization chart of the company.
- Assist in monitoring, preparing and keeping records of staff personnel transactions such as promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations and employee statistics.
- Assist in planning, organising and coordinating company event from time to time within budget allocated from the management.
- Administer the time management system for daily / monthly staff attendance record.
- Assist in implement, monitor, update and help to develop the company's administrative policies and procedures based on the Employee Handbook.
- Assist in conducting on boarding of new employee orientation programme for all new staff; Assist in all the administration related matter.
- To perform other duties as specified by the immediate supervisor and Management.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
