Job Description:

  • Responsible for overall General Administration related matters.
  • Develop and maintain computer and manual filing system.
  • Issue Invoice, Delivery Order and Report that need by operation.
  • To efficiently respond to any telephone queries or walk-in client.
  • Liaison with internal department and external parties.
  • Perform inventory control of goods and maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing goods from store.
  • Perform periodical stock take, inventory count and verification of stock records.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must posses at least SPM / STPM / “A” Level / Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • 1-2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good in MS OFFICE (Excel & Word)
  • Results oriented person, multitasking, good time management skills, good rapport with all level of people, energetic, well organized, highly responsible, honest and patience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
