Requirements

ADMIN CALL CENTRE - SUPERVISOR (HIRING 1 CANDIDATE)


  • Diploma or Degree Holder in any field
  • minimum 3 years working experience
  • Able to work in team
  • Responsible and with excellent problem solving skill
  • Must be familiar Microsoft Office, including excel, outlook
  • Excellent communication skill & written in both Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • 5 days working.


CALL CENTRE AGENT (HIRING 5 CANDIDATES)


  • Working on shift
  • Candidates must at least possess SPM level
  • Excellent communication skill & written in both Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Working experience is not necessary as training will be provided
  • Able to start work immediately.

Responsibilities

ADMIN CALL CENTRE - SUPERVISOR


  • Coordinate with technician on the testing of alarm & CCTV system.
  • Supervise and monitor a team of call centre agent.
  • To perform special task/projects/assignments or any other work given by The Management/ immediate superior as and when required.
  • Respond to any email or telephone inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Carry out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information and filing documents.


CALL CENTRE AGENT


  • To attend inbound call
  • Transmit message via a CMS system
  • Attend to any enquiry or request from customer promptly
