ADMIN CALL CENTRE - SUPERVISOR (HIRING 1 CANDIDATE)
Diploma or Degree Holder in any field- minimum 3 years working experience
- Able to work in team
- Responsible and with excellent problem solving skill
- Must be familiar Microsoft Office, including excel, outlook
- Excellent communication skill & written in both Bahasa Malaysia & English
- 5 days working.
CALL CENTRE AGENT (HIRING 5 CANDIDATES)
Working on shift- Candidates must at least possess SPM level
- Excellent communication skill & written in both Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Working experience is not necessary as training will be provided
- Able to start work immediately.
Responsibilities
ADMIN CALL CENTRE - SUPERVISOR
Coordinate with technician on the testing of alarm & CCTV system.- Supervise and monitor a team of call centre agent.
- To perform special task/projects/assignments or any other work given by The Management/ immediate superior as and when required.
- Respond to any email or telephone inquiries in a professional manner.
- Carry out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information and filing documents.
CALL CENTRE AGENT
To attend inbound call- Transmit message via a CMS system
- Attend to any enquiry or request from customer promptly
