Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
This objective of this role is to firstly support any administrative tasks for both the above 2 departments (20%) and secondly as part of software license management & optimisation (80%)
What are you accountable for?
- Admin Support for Business IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Management Heads
- Vendor ID creation
- Vendor Access card creation
- Health Check
- Highlight to EUC to deploy Snow agent for those machine without it, for their check
- To raise CR once confirmed by EUC
- To delete the machine that is no longer in EUC masterlist
- Hotdesk Management - Manage seating allocation from PMD, Liaise with leads on Managers for seating numbers/requirements/dates, Floor plan management, Tracking & allocation of Vendors seat allocation, Locker Management and others as requested by manager -
- Other miscellaneous to support overall department
- Contact point for announcement
- beverages order
- travel PR
- Facilities issue
- Raising request in NCR, for PR, DRO & GR
- Remedy Approval for New Application Installation/Purchase
- As part of Software License Management & Working towards License Compliance
- Contacting software owner to get license renewal info and usage info
- Uploading license entitlement
- Rectifying license entitlement
- Verifying license compliance
