Job description
- Motor Insurance – Issue of cover notes for company vehicles.
- Motor Insurance – Issue of cover notes for individual.
- Non-Motor Insurance – Assist in renewal for individual.
- Renewal of Group Hospital & Surgical Insurance and submission of claims for KLK Group of companies.
- To prepare documentations for JPJ ownership transfer for company vehicles.
- Company car loan for executives – registration/cancellation/payment for E-Hakmilik.
- To assist on all general claims for documentations & follow up.
- To manage, renew and circulate magazines and other subscriptions.
- To relieve receptionist.
- Any other jobs assigned from time to time.
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Business Admin / Management or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience as General Clerk/Data Entry/Filing Clerk.
- Experience/knowledge related to insurance is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Must be responsible, punctual, trustworthy, vigilant and possess good working attitude.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
