WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....Responsible for providing secretarial / administrative support at departmental or divisional level

  • Support administrative tasks, e.g., interview arrangement, assessment tool administration, , job postings

  • Responsible for pre-onboarding candidate engagement and onboarding.

  • Participate in career fairs, recruitment roadshows, etc.

  • Maintenance of communication consistency with candidates throughout the onboarding process.

  • Ensure first day onboarding activities as per the process.

  • Facilitate GASC HR employee engagement activities,

  • Manage and coordinate office stationery

  • To manage travel arrangement, including flight bookings and hotel accommodation

  • Prepare agendas and arrangement for meeting, meeting material and taking minutes of meeting.

  • Focal person on staff onboarding/offboarding (work with Managers)

  • Coordinate the Distribution of Company-issued Items

  • Staff welfare administration e.g. Get Well basket, Wreaths, Baby Gifts, Birthday Celebrations

  • Organize Division/Department major events/meetings (Townhalls, key internal/external meetings/Team Bonding activities)

Job Requirements :
Education & Experience:

  • A degree holder.

  • 1 - 2 years of work experience in office administration, preferably in HR function.

Specific Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Offices.

  • A people person with positive attitude and eager to learn and growing with the company.

  • Agile mindset.

  • Able to work in fast-paced and ambitious environment.

  • Detail and process oriented.

  • Creative thinker and resourceful problem solver.

  • Proficient in English.
