Job description

• To provide all typing and clerical support for the proper operation of the security department.
• You are required to monitor and track fleet license renewal requirement and conduct physical checks on the company’s motor fleet.
• Ensure proper filing and administration of document flow and confidentiality.
• To assist in the preparation of presentation material.
• To assist in the operations of the satellite tracking system.
• To assist in cost analysis and performance reports.
• To maintain a data tracking system for fleet management programme.
• To compile, check and verify security guard’s working hours and performance rating.
• Translation requirements as needed (English / Bahasa)
• To assist in phone reception service for the security department.
• To assist in follow up liaison with police and other related government agencies.
• To assist in co-coordinating the administration of the security alarm system and other security related equipment on nationwide basis.
• To keep your superior informed on all issues, decision and any pertinent communication with any external party or within the plant.
• Any other related duties as may be instructed by your superior from time to time.

Requirements: -

• Posses at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Willing to work in Selayang, Batu Caves.
• Work 6 days and Rest Days on Sunday.
