As an Administrative Assistant on our team in Walla Walla, WA, you will perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support services. You will be accountable for coordination of project deliverables, processing invoices, scheduling meetings, calendar maintenance and travel itineraries. You’ll also assist the team with maintenance of databases and the tracking and preparation of reports, budgets, and financials. Your strong organization skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels – both orally and in writing will help us meet our client's objectives.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 5 years or more of administrative experience
  • Advanced Level computer skills in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Teams)
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite
  • Demonstrate key competencies in the areas of communication, planning and organizing, flexibility and adaptability, customer service, problem assessment and problem solving, attention to detail, and teamwork.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • College education or degree
  • Experience working with high-level clients, executives, and government and public officials
