Responsibilities:- To ensure smooth and efficient administrative support in the School of Business.
- To assists with the planning, organising, coordinating and implementing of programmes and students’ extra-curricular activities.
- To deal with enquiries, both by telephone and in person information related to Business programmes.
- To maintain good relations, effective and timely communication with students, student’s parents, on all issues of the Business School.
- To record minutes for meeting.
- To undertake any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least Master’s Degree in Business or related field.
- Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written.
- Have systematic filing skills.
- Be proficient with IT skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate comfortably with students and parents in a courteous and professional manner.
- Pleasant personality.
- Pro-active and diligent.
