In charge of the following tasks in test engineer for analog product.
- Design for Testability.
- Creating test specifications based on product specifications.
- Build screening concept for assumed fault model and verify test coverage.
- Evaluate increased number sample and failure analysis of automotive Analog/Mixed Signal devices by utilizing ATE.
Your Profile
- Knowledge of analog product testers.
- Knowledge of software programming.
- Knowledge for design tools and semiconductor devices.
- Knowledge of DFT (Design For Test).
- Experience of failure analysis.
- Business level of English language communications skills
- (Nice to have) Japanese language capability.
