Basic Job Functions :

Prepares management reporting as part of the close, forecasting processes. Assists in Financial Planning processes to deliver the desired organizational rollup. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related processes as needed.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Prepares timely financial reporting and depth of understanding of the results.

• Track actual business performance against forecasted targets on a monthly basis.

• Preparation of monthly decks for business function review.

• Prepare journal entries related to costing

• Support monthly inventory cycle count and year end count activities

• Review monthly financial results and identify /explain variances (based on operational activities).

• Work with Business Partner and Accounting to rectify issues if any.

• Support ad hoc analysis and when required provide input for business decisions.

• Ensure process are in compliance with various Sox internal controls.

Experience:

• 2-5 years business related (preferably Finance/Accounting) experience.

• Experience in or with handling multiple entities/sites manufacturer, desired.

Education:

•BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.

• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA and CA, preferable

  • Experience in ERP systems (SAP, Anaplan, Oracle ) preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to pull reports accurately from all system for financial analysis purposes.
  • General understanding of Financial statement and GAAP requirement
  • Ability to work on process improvement to simplify and increase the effectiveness of the process.

  • Will sit and stand for long periods during the day.
  • Will walk, climb stairs and on equipment.
  • May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist
  • May lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Required to use hands to finger, lift, handle, carry or feel objects.
  • May stoop, kneel, bend, talk and hear.
  • Specific vision abilities are required.
