Who You Are and What You’ll Do:
The incumbent to provide support for the activation activities and projects, as well as coordinate and liaise with cross functional team, agencies, and suppliers to ensure on time delivery and execution of promotion co-packing, sponsorship, events and activations.
Team Structure:
  • Reporting to: Activation Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Campaign Execution
  • Receiving and understanding campaign brief from requestor (Marketing team) and briefing to agencies and/or suppliers.
  • Understanding brand objectives and identifying opportunities to build strong branding and engagement through activation.
  • Understanding and evaluate current market trends to develop opportunities for improvement.
  • Managing instore execution and out of store activities independently for categories assigned.
  • Ensuring smooth execution and handle issues swiftly
  • Initiate new ideations and concept to drive brand’s objective.
  • Update and maintenance of Activation Calendar.
Develop Capability for Reach in Key Consumer Channels
  • Execute school campaigns or programs for brands targeting students.
  • Manage event sponsorships such as TV network-sponsored events, concerts, festivals.
  • Tie ups with government arms, NGOs, fitness centres, or other organizations.
Agency and Supplier Management
  • Working closely with agencies and suppliers on activation plans to achieve campaign objectives along with the requestor and sales team.
  • Leading in discussion between requestors and agencies in meetings.
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with agencies to drive performance.
  • Review feedbacks and learnings by campaign with agencies for future improvement.
Tracking and Evaluation
  • Developing and maintaining project deliverables including program summary, budgets, and timelines - and confirm all projects are completed according to schedule and within budget.
  • Managing, tracking and maximizing ROI (Return on Investment) and KPI.
  • Analyzing sales reports and postmortem reports for future improvements.
Key Stakeholders:
  • Internal: Marketing, Activation, Finance, R&D, Customer Development
  • External: Creative Agency, Activation Agency, Suppliers
Travel:
Traveling is required.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3 to 5 years experience in brand/product management/marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Good marketing fundamentals and processes.
  • Good management and problem-solving skills.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • You are experienced in project management and excellent activation management in the most cost-effective way.
  • You are equipped with media-savvy, particularly in brand campaigns and know-how.
  • You embrace a high growth mindset with a strong love for consumers, shoppers and customers.
  • You can work independently and with cross-functional team and external parties.
  • You are multitasking and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
