Job description
Overall control of ready-mixed concrete batching and precast production. Oversee the planning of production and delivery schedule.
Assisting the Plant Manager with administrative tasks like planning and arrangement of staff, manpower, material and machinery.
Control of production cost, quality and occupational health and safety.
Overseeing quality control throughout all stages of production and delivery process.
Liaising and coordinating production with other departments.
Monitoring the procure of raw materials needed for the efficiency execution of production and delivery.
Identify, diagnosis and provide solution to resolve any major complaints / issues from clients including delayed schedule.
Maintenance and housekeeping of Factory Building including machine & equipment, production site, storage site if any.
Ensure compliance with requirements by clients and all safety regulations by authorities.
Ensure optimal output per site to achieve plant and/or Company targets.
Manage and provide solutions to operational problems to improve and better manage schedule, towards accomplishment of project goals.
Attend site meetings or liaison with client to adhere to schedule and quality.
