Higgs Fletcher & Mack LLP, one of San Diego’s oldest and most prestigious downtown law firms, seeks an Associate Attorney to join the Firm’s Employment Law and Business Litigation Practice Group. Job Responsibilities

· Assume a major role in employment litigation and counseling in a wide range of employment cases including individual, class, and PAGA litigation

· Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including all facets of discovery and trial

· Extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel

· Assist with workplace investigations

· Draft and respond to correspondence

Qualifications

· Must be admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar

· 3+ years of experience in employment litigation and counseling

· Wage and hour class action/PAGA experience highly preferred

· Possess strong analytical skills, excellent oral, and written communication skills

· Highly motivated professional who can take initiative and work independently as well as within a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
