Role Summary:
The Level One audio visual technician provides support and management of fully integrated conference room, boardrooms and large complex environments such as auditoriums. Their responsibilities generally include the operation and functional testing of all audio visual and integrated conference room components / equipment. The Level One audio visual technician is a key part of the Customer engagement, ensuring needs are prioritized and met in accordance to project and support goals.
Responsibilities:
. Setup and teardown of all scheduled onsite meetings
. Daily system checks to ensure equipment and room functionality.
. Escalate all 'next level' break fix issues to Level Two for resolution.
. Deliver a 'white glove' level of customer support upon request.
. Ensure all audio-visual spaces are presentable for use.
. Performs other related tasks as directed by the Customer.
Requirements:
. 1-2 years as an audio-visual engineer or technician in a support capacity, supporting audio visual and/ or information technology systems.
. Experience in fast paced corporate environment.
. Ability to work independently and excel in a team environment.
. Strong customer service and communication skills.
. General working knowledge of the operation and trouble-shooting of audio visual and video conferencing related technologies.
. Possess valid driving license with own transport.
