Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the sales strategy to acquire and retain key accounts
• Plan, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to penetrate into new markets.
• Be the subject-matter expert in new market opportunities to ensure that the company’s services remain competitive within the market.
• Develop and report sales forecasts and performance reports to the Head of Department.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business development opportunities to support revenue growth.
• Actively organizing sales activities and work closely with internal stakeholders to develop new initiatives to drive sales growth and support business expansion.
• Establish sales business plan to promote and sell services to existing or potential clients which target to expand customer database.
• Proactive to gather market intelligence, comprehend of competitor’s activities and ability to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification (possesses at least 5 passes including BM) with at least 3 years working experience
• Fresh diploma and degree graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to converse well in Mandarin would be an added advantage
• Result-oriented with desire to sell
• Work Location: Nationwide

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM5,600.00 per month

Schedule:

• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
