Job description

• Work with children with disabilities (primarily autism) in various settings.
• Ages vary from 18months-21 years of age.
• Implement Behavior Treatment Plan
• Complete Case Note / Client Contact Log with signed confirmation of services
• Submit all Summaries and Reports by due date given.
• Active member of the consumer’s treatment team.
• Attendance at the consumer’s ISP meeting when requested.
• Coordinate appointments for service delivery.
• Provide on-sight services in the home, community and school
• Receive training on Behavior Analysis Treatment Plan for each consumer on their case load.
• Provide services to consumers based on hours set by the Behavior Analyst.
• Collect data on a daily basis and provide to the Behavior Analyst on a weekly basis.
• Communicate regularly with the Behavior Analyst.
• Implement the Treatment Plan in all relevant settings.
• High school diploma required with 2-4 years experience.
• After 90 days of employment $500 sign on bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
