Job description
The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
- Monitoring and follow-up on the receipt of all documentation required to be completed
- Ensuring that all contracts, service agreements, licensing and other related documentation are organised and maintained
- Familiar with administrative duties
- Attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- A diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent is required.
- Office located at Shah Alam
