Job description
Building Executive Job Duties:1. To ensure the building function effectively, comply with safety, and authority requirements with the budget.
2. Establish maintenance procedures.
3. Establish inspection & maintenance work schedules.
4. To arrange and ensure periodic preventive maintenance works are being carried out as per schedule.
5. To liaise with consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
6. To organize, schedule, supervise, and lead a team member on work performance and quality.
7. Ensure that all the service and maintenance work outsourced to 3rd part is running within the required standard and budget.
8. To liaise and coordinate with other supporting departments.
9. Periodic reporting.
10. To ensure that all complaints pertaining to maintenance/ or maintenance of common areas and especially complaints on defects are attended to and/ or rectified within the time stipulated.
11. Attend meetings and prepare minutes.
12. To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the company.
13. Knowledge of Strata Act 757.
