Requirements:
1) Atleast SPM/ Diploma holder
2) 2 – 5 years experience in building maintenance / Fresh graduate
3) Well versed in Building Maintenance and Technical matters (Mechanical/Electrical)
4) Strong communication
5) Independent and effective problem-solving abilities
6) Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks

Responsibilities:
1) To supervise Menara AZRB electrical system in proper condition at all times;
2) To supervise and control the sewerage system at Menara AZRB;
3) To supervise and control the maintenance of the lifts at Menara AZRB and make immediate 4) corrective action in the event of malfunction;
5) To supervise and maintain general maintenance of office equipment, furniture and other
equipment including landscaping and painting;
6) To resolve and supervise the cleaning matter are up to expectation and arrange ad hoc if necessary also to monitor and arrange lorry for clearing the garbage room at Menara AZRB;
7) To manage arising matters of building maintenance and liaise with M&E or Engineering Dept. for their further advice and assistance;
8) To engage and coordinate with authorized contractor/supplier on building periodical maintenance service matters and repairs if necessary;
9) To establish and upkeep filing and documentation
