POSITION OVERVIEW : Business Analysis

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :
4 to 8 years of experience working as Business Analyst in Insurance or Banking domain.
Good knowledge of digital applications and financial products
Competent ability with SQL - able to write functional queries and procedures
Lead / support implementation of projects and change requests
Provide proactive consulting, analyze requirements, gather Business Requirements
Prepare business blueprint, functional specification documents
Prepare solutions and coordinate with technical team with viable solution matching business requirements.
Designing test plan and test cases.
Perform integration testing and conduct user acceptance test (UAT) with business users
Conduct training to business users when necessary
Good knowledge of Project management tools such as HPQC & JIRA
Create Process Flows of existing and proposed system
Good communication and presentation skills in English
