JOB SCOPE(Based in Sabah/ Penang/ JB/ Klang Valley/ Kuching)
- Expending sales lead and opportunities, to consolidate sales funnel for sales quote fulfillment
- Develop strong product differentiation through market research and benchmarking
- Organize and carry out monthly marketing activities
- Analyze, strategize and execute effective of marketing activities
- Manage all above the line and below the line activities
- Handle PR and communications plans
- Must be able to recruit and manage business development executives within the business development team
- Update/record all business development/sales activities using CRM on a timely manner

; Requirements: - REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in CRM, CMS is added advantage
- Possess a minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in related fields.
- Good communication skills in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
- Good people management skills
- Strong industry knowledge, market trend and logistics requirements
- Proven ability to meet, if not exceed, sales targets
- Aggressive, dynamic, result-oriented and strong achievement motivation
- High Integrity, target focused and able to work with minimum supervision
