Job description
- Understand the key business process with the respective process owners;
- Coordinate with the respective process owners in developing the Standard Operating Procedures;
- Assist in the standardization of operational workflow and report templates;
- Work with the respective process owners to review the control weaknesses found within the process workflow and documentation;
- Develop preventive measures, operating measures and implement continuous improvement of the operational process when new information comes to light;
- To make sure new initiatives and processes are comply with the Business Rules;
- Internal audit and overall management of official documents in the region;
- Carry out ad-hoc assignments, which include but not limited to special reviews as and when required by the Management.

- 执行临时任务,包括但不限于管理层要求的特别审查。

- Bachelor Degree holder;
- Minimum 2 years of working experience;
- Excellent command of written and verbal Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia as this role requires to deal with Mandarin speaking clients/stakeholders;
- Able to prepare process flow chart and develop Standard Operating Procedures;
- Be result-oriented, curiosity and responsibility.
