Job Description

• To manage cost savings, cost avoidance, value captured engineering(VCE) data, perform gap analysis and keeps management informed of progress, key issues and changes which may impact the business
• Consolidate the weekly VCE updates, generate weekly summary report ( MFG ) and monthly summary ( MFG+NPI). Align and track with product line on the critical part list on status and revenue mitigation.
• Responsible to Data clean up and validation on the updates provided by Product Line. Missing or incorrect entry need to be verified with the individual Product Line.
• Continuously improvise the VCE master list with latest information
• To coordinate NPI projects BOM analysis request, check/deliver BOM analysis repot and update/maintain BOM analysis reports with R&D, Keysight lab engineers and NPI materials engineers.
• To plan, manage and coordinate lab's equipment calibration schedule and sent equipment for calibration based on schedule.
• Perform shipmentreceiving documentation and parts for first article/prototypes.
• Manage various NPI reports. Eg: NPI to Mass production handshaking TAT tracker, first article documentation and TAT trackers.
• Ensures effective communication across teams/functions.
• Works on business process assignments with clearly defined objectives
• Solves business controls/ process problems of limited scope and complexity

Job Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• No prior experience required may have up to 2 years' relevant experience.
