SCHEDULE


As “CHANNEL MANAGER”, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following activities in relation to the Company:


The primary goal of the Channel Manger manager is to ensure Fireminds International achieve their revenue targets while maintaining exceptional professional standards in building and maintaining a partner network for Fireminds International (FIL). The Channel Manager wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel partners. Assigned to channel partners based on geography, channel, or market, the Channel Manager is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives.


Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Functions and Tasks:

  • Identify new sales/channel partners in a defined territory
  • Research organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Meet exceed business development and sales targets, ensuring new business acquisition
  • Develop and implement new business sales strategies and manage the existing customer base to ensure future growth opportunities.
  • Prioritize activities in line with the growth plan and prepare and develop proposals
  • Partner with the technology teams to ensure excellence in customer service and client satisfaction at all times.
  • Maintain the Customer Relationship Management database (Salesforce Revenue Cloud)

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University
  • A minimum three years’ business development and sales experience gained from working in the IT Industry
  • IT Vendor certifications are a distinct advantage.
  • Proven ability to positively influence others and generate sales with integrity and professionalism
  • Thorough understanding of current technologies as it pertains to software development, cloud computing, and IT support
  • Good communications, presentation, and customer care skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to be self-motivated
  • Creative talent and the ability to solve tough problems
  • Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organization
