Title: Clinical Informatics Specialist (lead role)

Location: prefers local- Long Island, NY (New Hyde Park, NY or Melville, NY) – (it’s going to be a hybrid situation- someone that can commute)

• Travel is not reimbursed

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Duration: 3 months – possibility of extension

Someone who can help with:

• strategies
• understand workflows
• help guide implementation teams and the plans
• understands clinical regulations (they will need that for this year and next)
• works independently
• different projects
• maintain relations with clients

Need to have-

• clinical degree
• strong clinical terminology knowledge
• help manage research

Huge Plus-

• Data Analysis experience – someone who can work with SQL, Python, Tableau, PowerBI- be able to extract, clean and present data
• BigData knowledge

Bonus if they have populations or assistance implantation knowledge

Doctors, nurses, respiratory- someone who has field experience in addition to an informatics degree

Master’s in Health Informatics- this is what they usually look

Location is TBD- somewhere in LI (Melville, New Hyde Park- or minor chance of NYC)

Current Team: 6-7 people (they had a shift in organization after EPIC system)

AllScripts, Meditack,- any registration systems

Not looking for someone who has necessarily worked there before

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• New Hyde Park, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
