The role:
We are looking for an experienced Business Process & Optimization (BPO) Manager to join our Centre of Excellence (CoE), in Penang, Malaysia. Lead with approachability. Inspire and build relationships.
As a Business Process & Optimization (BPO) Manager, you will:
- Ensures process excellence and performance improvements through structured and logical approach.
- Work closely with CoE stakeholder and relevant division / country stakeholders in a collaborative manner to ensure smooth delivery of timely and quality outsourced services, including operational and risk issues
- Ensure that contractual requirements like Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and achieved by CoE
- Implement the Performance Management Framework which includes monitoring, reporting and resolving key issues and incidents that may affect or reflect performance of CoE. Ensure adequate measures and checks to ensure outsourced tasks are performed in accordance to business needs
- Implement and Drive projects / initiatives towards increasing productivity and efficiency within CoE.
- Monitoring, reviewing & supporting compliance, risk management and operational finance activities to support business in upholding proper corporate governance and compliance of the Company through CW1.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 8-10 year(s) of working experience in freight forwarding
- Excellent knowledge of CW1, freight, customs procedures
- Experience dealing with internal/external stakeholders
- Required skill(s): Exposure to Six Sigma, Quality Tools / Techniques
- Strong communication skills across all hierarchy levels within the organization
- Strong on Data Analysis.
