Commercial Excellence & Business Intelligence Manager
Job description
We are looking for a Commercial Excellence and Business Intelligence Manager to connect with Global Marketing, Operations, Businesses, Segments, HR, Finance and subject matter experts across the organization to enable the Sales & Marketers in the country to focus on the company’s 2025 Strategic Priorities through 4 vehicles: trainings & communities, key processes, cadences/ reports/ tools and strategic initiatives deployment. He/She will identify relevant trends impacting our future business (Macro/Segment Level, Competition, Technologies), and make insightful recommendations to internal stakeholders on strategic and tactical actions.

What you will do:
- Drive sales force effectiveness key processes
- Boost Trainings and Grow Communities
- Strengthen Cadences, Reports and Tools
- Enable Strategic Initiative Deployment
- Own and improve business intelligence tools, methodologies, and reporting
- Work with 3rd party companies, consultancy services, and other partners to acquire data, and convert them into actionable intelligence.
- Explore and identify new primary and secondary sources of data that would support decision making and business growth.
- Conduct competitor deep dive and fight back plan on request.
- Utilize digital tools (visualization tools, databases, web-crawlers etc.) to find new ways to improve company business intelligence.
- Bachelors’ degree and above
- At least 6 years relevant work experience in technology-enabled sales, marketing or business development roles with focus on transformation.
- Analytical, and data-driven with excellent problem-solving skills. Adept at simplifying complexity and developing scalable propositions.
- Pro-active, entrepreneurial, innovative and self-motivated
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written) & presentation skills
- Demonstrate good personal and project leadership & management, including the ability to positively challenge in a solution finding framework
- Able to think both strategically and operationally to drive closed loop execution
- Able to simplify and clarify complex issues to broad and diverse audiences and to influence
