Responsibilities:
- Support Manager, Global Compensation and Sr. Compensation Analysts in all matters concerning the design, development, and administration of global broad-based compensation programs (salary and non-sales short-term incentives).
- Act as a trusted resource in broad-based and variable compensation topics for various business groups across a geographically dispersed workforce. Will support corporate programs as well as programs for divisions and business units (may be assigned to a specific subsidiary(ies).
- This role will contribute the year-end compensation processes, and incentive plan design development.
- Data collection and analysis including preparation of models for scenario analyses.
- Keeping current on compensation and reward trends in the marketplace
- Projects as required.
Required Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of compensation experience in industry or consulting (global experience is a plus.)
- Strong ability to analyze and summarize data.
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and modeling.
- Experience with performing/interpreting job evaluations as well as job grading/leveling.
- Exposure to job matching and market survey participation.
- Strong quantitative, statistics, financial, and business acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable in changing environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience with preparing draft presentations in PowerPoint.
- Familiar with contemporary HR Information systems.
- Basic knowledge regulatory environments regarding compensation.
- Strong abilities in problem solving.
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.

- Exposure to compensation management for non-US populations.
