SALARY RANGE : RM2200-RM2800 ** Includes Allowances

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage inbound and outbound calls
Manage Product complaints such as Exchange /collection /replacement procedures; ensuring product complaint inventory is up to date; preparation of all documents for complaints (issue brief, customer transmittal forms)
Manage ad-hoc data entries
Manage Live Chat/Facebook enquiries
Undertake any other tasks as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma /Degree or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum 1- 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
A good command of written and spoken English and/or Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin
Possess initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team
Dynamic, highly motivated and a result oriented player with good interpersonal skills
Knowledge of how to use social media tools specifically Facebook
Proficient in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Contact Centre Operating Hours : Monday-Saturday ,9.00am -5.30pm
Work Days : work on Saturday a week
Working Location : Based: Menara 1 Sentrum, Brickfields
