Kenvue has embarked on multi-year Global SAP S/4 implementation for Consumer business and is recruiting for U.S Finance Lead. The OneS4 program is a critical component of the Kenvue strategy to become a digital first company. Kenvue is investing significantly to transform core ERP landscape through the implementation of a single global instance of SAP S4 Hana platform. This will unlock significant value and establish a best of bread foundation for our S4 Digital Core.

One S4 Finance team is currently involved in design and implementation of Global SAP S/4 ERP system along with other peripheral systems and interfaces. U.S Finance Lead will support this implementation by managing various project management activities, process and system design decisions, stakeholder and change management and other deployment activities primarly for U.S Consumer entities.

Based in Skillman NJ, this position will report into Consumer One S/4 Finance Integration Lead. The role will involve working closely with other members of the One S/4 Finance team, Global Process owners, various IT teams, and other Internal and external stakeholders including the implementation partner to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget. U.S. Finance Lead will be the key liaison to U.S Kenvue Consumer business and provide guidance to Project stakeholders, IT, and Leadership.

Stakeholder & Change Management:

• Be a change agent, educating the teams of the benefits of the new global Consumer OneS4 ERP.
• Engage with the stakeholders to prepare them and their teams for the OneS4 implementation in their region/country.
• Align/Coordinate any local requests to global template involving all stakeholders.
• Have a good end-to-end knowledge on the new design in order to be able to explain new ways of working.

Regional/Local Deployment:

• Make decisions and take actions based on a Global mindset that adds value across the organization while keeping the Regional nuances and impact in view.
• Gain a complete understanding of regional/country nuances in order to drive an assessment of statutory required process adaptations.
• Liase between the process design teams, IT deployment teams and the regional business.
• Be the voice of regional Consumer business.

Process and System knowledge:

• Understand overall finance business planning, general accounting, accounts payable and receivable processing, costing, and intercompany accounting etc. as well as
• Supply Chain Finance.
• Understand ERP capabilities to maximize the automation and integration within the ERP and identify where bolt-ons are required to ensure best in-class execution.
• Ensure that all processes are documented from user and compliance perspective to ensure clarity of understanding and issue resolution.
• Ensure process documentation, DTP etc. all in place prior to launch.
• Strive for process improvement opportunities including project team engagement, project delivery, reporting, communications and leveraging lessons learned.

Project Management:

• Contribute to, monitor and coordinate drive Project Management tasks such as Baseline project timelines, Business case / Value case assessment, Budgeting, Process documentation, Design approvals, Testing, Training, Change Management, and Cutover etc.
• Deliver accurate reporting of project status, key KPIs and covering key milestones, resource capacity, and identifying/escalating Risks and Issues.
• Perform project risk assessments, develop contingency plans, and recommend mitigations, as needed.

People Management:

Travel

• Bachelor’s Degree (in Accounting, Finance or related field)
• Master’s Degree is preferred

Languages:

• Fluent English, confidence in presenting to Senior Leadership in English.

Experience (Required):

• 8-10+ years job experience in different Finance Functions.
• Detailed knowledge of general and subledger accounting, project accounting, supply chain finance, management and statutory reporting, and financial planning and analysis.
• Proven track record of collaboration with range of partners to drive End To End thinking.
• Broad knowledge of Financial systems including transactional (SAP ECC/S4 etc.) and FP&A (Onestream etc.)
• US GAAP accounting experience.

Experience (Preferred):

• Working experience on major global programs and mid-large sized SAP implementations.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of complex SAP ERP acrchitecture/landscapes, Finance modules, Bolt-ons, custom development, and Financial Reporting etc.
• Prior experience working in SAP ERP implementations in a functional / technical role.
• Strong Knowledge and Understanding of Project Management and Continuous improvement methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma etc.)
• Experience with System design, Documentation, IT Service Management and Testing tools such as HP ALM, qTest, Jira, Service Now, and Solution Manager etc.
• Expertise in working with MS Project, Visio, and Excel.
• Experience working in CPG and/or Healthcare industry.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $113,000 to $195,500
