About The Job
The Cook will ensure that meals are prepared promptly according to the standards of food hygiene regulations and ensure that the kitchen to clean at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase ingredients and prepare food for meals required.
- Maintain the kitchen tidiness and cleanliness including housekeeping of refrigerators/ chillers/ freezers.
- Assist in the fundraising activities of the Centre.
Working Hours
- 45 hours work week
- Monday to Friday: 8 am to 5pm (one hour lunch break)
- Saturday: 8.30am to 1.30pm
- Flexibility in working schedule is required when necessary

- Certificate in Food Handling
Competencies
- Able to prepare food for a group of people.
