Job description
- Troubleshooting and solve technical problem of copier machine to ensure Maximum Customer Satisfaction (Trouble-shoot, repair & maintenance of multifunction copiers at customer premises)
- Provide service and parts replacement for the customers.
- Developing problem-solving technique to resolve customer’s copying/ printing/ scanning issues.
- Following up customers’ requests and queries in a timely manner.
- Self-discipline & report to supervisor on time.
- Responsible to perform maintenance & service tasks for customer in assigned territory.
- Ensure that service tasks are performed within assigned budget and timeline.
- Submit timely and detailed service reports.
- Attend and respond emergency service call in timely manage.
- Undertake any or other duties and responsibilities as given by supervisor.
- On site installation
- In house / on site training provided
- Good attitude, attendance, punctual & responsibility.
- Good interpersonal skill with all levels of people.
- Knowledge if IT/Networking (Advantage)
- Mature and able to work in minimal supervision.
- Follow instruction and possess positive attitude towards the job.
- Fresh graduate, non-experience or experienced are welcome.
- Those without relevant experience but are keen & committed to learning may apply as on the job comprehensive training is provident.
