Join us as a Corporate Account Specialist and play a key role on our Corporate Accounts Team by helping “Create customers for life”. This role supports our Corporate Account Managers and Corporate Account Executives in achieving strategic goals and initiatives. This role assists with putting together business reviews, onboarding new corporate customers, processing reoccurring customer reports, and working cross-functionally to complete price adjustments.
Responsibilites:
- Customer onboarding by ensuring required documentation has been submitted and on file, complete system up and project management software; process price file audit for price parity and contract compliance; coordinate location validation; and attend all necessary internal onboarding meetings.
- Compile data for customer business reviews, rebates, price adjustments, and catalogs
- Process all assigned recurring reports
- Analyze data to make recommendations for ad hoc reports and audits.
- Execute interdepartmental requests submitted through the shared inbox and respond in a timely manner.
- Manage low-profile corporate customers by working cross-functionally to complete price adjustments and rebates.
- Complete analysis for price file uploads to prevent loading low-profit pricing
- Assist with researching, verifying, and releasing order holds for low profit and price discrepancy flags when CA Associate is not available
- Associate Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) or 2 years equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
- Great organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Process and data-driven
- Logical thought process/solid analytical skills
- Proactive nature with a sense of urgency
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel or related software
- Strong ability to manage long-term projects
Magid is working a "Hybrid" work week schedule meaning 3 days a week in office, 2 days remote. Magid is headquartered in Romeoville (IL). Therefore, you must be able to commute to Romeoville as required and/or as needed.
As a condition of employment, Magid is requiring new employees to be vaccinated on their first day of employment. This requirement can be met by providing proof of having been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with any of the three COVID-19 vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson).
