Job Post – Senior Associates / Junior Partner, Corporate Department
Responsibilities:
1. To assist Senior partner in handling corporate commercial matters, including mergers acquisitions, legal due diligence, joint ventures and commercial contracts in general.
2. Preparing and ensuring proper submissions and lodgment of statutory documents to SSM.
3. To handle corporate and commercial matters including but not limited to drafting agreements and liaising with regulators.
4. Research, anticipate and guard client against legal risk.
5. Being able to work independently as well as in a team with minimal supervision, under pressure and tight deadlines.
6. To work directly under Senior Partner.
7. Experienced in preparing company secretarial work.
Requirements:
1) Called to the Bar.
2) At least 4 years of working experience as Legal Associate.
3) Excellent command in Bahasa & English, Mandarin will be added advantage.
4) Highly Motivated and good interpersonal skills.
5) Able to advise public listed companies on legal matters.
6) Able to start as soon as possible of within a reasonable time frame.
Salary: Salary and/or option of profit sharing.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From RM6,000.00 per month
