Job description

1. Answer inbound calls to assist customers complete their booking requirements, upsell products & ensure completion of payment.

2. Answer inbound inquiries on product and services, bookings and all related terms and conditions as well as any other inquiries made by customers.

3. Handle all calls professionally in compliance with the corporate quality standards set for agents and within the prescribed average handling time (AHT).

4. Perform outbound calls to provide accurate information & proper feedback on details requested by customers

5. Attend to customer feedback on complaints & take necessary steps to escalate to relevant departments

6. Maintain and improve quality results with updated and accurate information to respond to customers.

7. Manage & handle breakage experienced by customers by offering solutions and where necessary by escalating to senior members for solutions.

8. Ensure the completion of all other duties assigned by Supervisors/Team Leaders.

9. Willing to work on weekend and Public Holiday.
