1. Engaging and interacting with our customers.

1. Provides product and service information through face-to-face service delivery channel that meets and exceeds the defined service standards.
2. Promote Self-Serve Facilities and E-Payment by engaging, educating & encouraging customers & agencies to use & sign up.
3. Attends & resolves product/service problems and complaint by providing end to end solution.
4. Collaborates with internal and external team members to achieve smooth branch operation.
5. Capable to perform cashiering and servicing effectively. (Hybrid model)
6. Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by superior(s) in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
