- Ensure all customers' latest requirements are attended to and well communicated. Requirements shall include :- (a) Quantity and Quality (b) Artwork development and Labelling verification - To monitor the taking up of production capacity regularly to project ahead the quantity requirement for every proceeding month - To send reminders to customers' on pending issues due for decisions - Coordinate Complaints and technical issues with the respective department for feedback to Customer directly and put the Customer Service on the loop
