YOUR TASKS

Customer Service Analyst

Reporting to Customer Service Development Manager, you will assist to prepare and analyze customer service related data in order to plan, manage and execute service improvement programs/projects in maximizing customer satisfaction. You have to co-ordinate with relevant parties to ensure cross-functional change/improvement projects are implemented to match different segments of customer needs and differentiate our services against those of our competitors.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Statistics, MIS or equiivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in related capacity, preferbly with hands-on experience with data or workforce management systems in a contact center environment
• Software skills such as MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access and etc. (excellent) and internal DHL systems (CS Combine, GEMA, Sherloc, CSV)
• Strong analytical, problem solving and attention to detail (excellent)
• Ability to influence stakeholders (excellent)
• Communication & presentation skills, spoken and written (excellent)
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
