Responsibilities -Maintain a high quality service standard that falls in line with Company’s customer experience strategy -Perform additional or overtime duties during operational emergencies when required -Handle cash and credit transactions -Meet and greet customers to maintain high degree of good customer services -Assist with the daily smooth running of the club operations -Able to explain to club members our in-house promotions -Ensure cleanliness of the premises including machines, ash trays, tables, chairs, etc. -Attend and contribute in daily briefings -Responsible for ensuring that company’s rules and policies are met -Service the Group of Mandarin speaking Customer -Other ad-hoc duties may be added from time to time Requirement -Minimum SPM -Possess pleasant personality with good communication in English,Bahasa and Mandarin -Able to multitask -Willing to work on public holidays and long working hours -Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
