Job responsibilities:

• Attend to inbound calls enquiries regarding consumer financial products and services for international customers.
• Upsell banking products and services when appropriate.
• Provide accurate and timely information and provide effective solutions to customer’s queries.

• Achieve first call resolution where possible and follow up with customers on unresolved issues.
• Ensure adherence and full compliance with Group Policy and Standards, local laws and regulations and control and procedures of the bank.

Job requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English as you will be handling international customers or native English speakers.
• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule at the office in Kuala Lumpur.
• Open to SPM holders with contact center customer service experience.
• Fresh graduates with Diploma and Degree are encouraged to apply.
• Experience of working in the banking industry will be an added advantage.
