✨ 24/7 Contact Centre Environment with training provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via various platforms through call, email and live chat.
• Respond to customers on timely manner while following standard operating procedures.
• Use CRM to record case details.
• Strive to achieve key performance indicators.
• Ensure financial information and customer details remain confidential.

Requirements:

• FRESH Degree holder OR Diploma holders with 1-2 years of Contact Centre experience preferred.
• Able to read, write and speak in Mandarin is advantage
• Willing to work on 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Able to multi-task and has good time management.
• Knowledge in Cryptocurrency is added advantage.
• Able to communicate results to management and work in a fast paced environment.
