Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processing shipment order fulfilment in conformity with Key Performance Indicators (KPI) set such as on-time delivery (OTD), accuracy, professional handling and other internal and external requirements associated and Warehouse Management System (WMS) and established standard procedures: also aligned with customers' expectations and requirements.
• Respond appropriately to customers' inquiries, request and feedforward. Keep the customer up-to-date with the progress of work orders.
• Communicate and work together with customer, internal team and vendor for shipment execution to achieve favourable results.
• Perform shipment billing accurately and completely in timely manner.
• Maintain and retain documentary compliance with relevant standards.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor degree preferably in logistics or relevant field.
• At least 1 year experience and knowledge in total supply chain management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in building professional relationship with clients.
• Proficient writing skill in English is essential to communicate and follow up shipments.
• Ability to cope with fast-moving working environment and long working hours when required.
