Customer Service Executive (Contact Center)
Full Time position (1 year contract)
Training: 1 month including off day
Probation: 6 months
The contract is renewable or has the potential to be absorbed as a permanent position based on your performance

Working Location : Ampang Jaya - Common Ground, Jalan Kolam Air Lama, Ampang Jaya, Selangor (Near Ampang Puteri Hospital /Behind Ampang Point)

Working Hours – Monday – Sunday (5 working days & 2 rotational off days )
Working Hours: (8.00am - 5.00pm, 8.30am - 5.30pm, 9.00 am - 6.00pm, 10.00 am - 7.00pm, 11.00am - 8.00pm, 2.00 pm - 11.00 pm)

Must possess own transport (due to last shift ends at 11pm)

Job Description:

• To attend inbound calls - inquiries, problems and complaints from customers with the objective of resolving issues, providing first excellent contact resolution, perform outbound calls when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any field
• Candidate must possess at least SPM, with 2 years of customer service experience

• Fresh graduates with the right attitude will be considered
• Preferably Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
• Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience in a Contact Centre
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English language for both spoken and written is a Must.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Fast learner and able to adapt to changes
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Demonstrate teamwork all the time.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Attendance bonus
