- Assist an International Well-known Sportswear Brand as their eCommerce customer support. The team is growing real fast, we are seeking for more talent to join us!
- The key objective is to set up a reliable customer service team. You will be handling the eCommerce Customer Support in the form of voice, chat and email.
; Requirements: -
- Previous experience of a helpdesk or inbound consumer care role is preferable
- Strong communication skills and listening skills
- Strong ability to work and follow defined procedures
- Good telephone, keyboard, verbal and written communication skills.
- Competence in MS Office, phone and desktop computer systems
- Good numeric and verbal reasoning skills.
- Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills, Problem-solving ability
- Excellent grammar skills both written and verbal in English as well as a second appropriate language (bilingual) native language to support the countries for which you are recruited to support.
- Provide exceptional eCommerce Customer Support in the form of voice, chat and email.
