Responsibilities :
  • Handling inbound calls and inquiries from customers.
  • Follow up and resolve customers’ complaints and ensure it is close to satisfaction.
Requirements :
  • Any Customer Service / Call Centre experience would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum education level : SPM (With at least 1 year experience)
  • Must be able to adapt to a productive working environment.
  • Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
Other Info :
  • Mandarin speaking candidates would be eligible for language allowance.
  • Office location is towards Melaka town.
