Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to help our clients with any concerns about our products. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience fielding telephone calls, providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to making our clients happy.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customers' questions and resolve their issues in a timely manner.
• Resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Be courteous to customers and coworkers.
• Communicate to ensure that all parties are informed about the issue.
• Understand and follow corporate guidelines for handling issues.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
